A. Becoming a member is free and easy. All you need to prove is that you are over the age of 19 and have an address. You become a member at checkout of your first order.

Our customer service is available from 8 am – 7 pm from Mondays to Saturdays excluding public holidays. Note: we will be happy to help you fulfill your order.

Q. What is the minimum/maximum order amount on this site?

A. We have no minimum order. Our maximum order is 5000 dollars. If you desire a larger quantity than 5000 dollars, you may want to consider placing multiple orders. Multiple orders are always allowed.

Q. What payment methods do you offer?

We accept direct bank transfers with details of our bank account when you are about to check out after placing your order.

You can also pay by cryptocurrency. All the wallet addresses will be displayed on the checkout page.
